SSB HCM Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Physical Standard Test (PST)
I have seen the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and the Physical Standard Test (PST) run, at the SSB locations. The Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and the Physical Standard Test (PST) test the candidates’ endurance the candidates’ height and the candidates’ chest measurements.

How to Download SSB HCM Admit Card 2026 ?
- Visit the official website of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), https://ssb.gov.in/.
- On the homepage, go to the HR section and click on the “Recruitment” in the drop-down menu.
- You click. The PDF link appears in front of the text “Important Notice: Admit Card for the post of Head Constable (Ministerial) -2020, for PET and PST”.
- In the PDF, click on the admit card and enter Registration ID and Password.
- I submit the details. Then the SSB HC PET PST Admit Card 2026 shows up on the screen.
- I will download the material. Save the material as a PDF. Then I will print the material, for the Physical test scheduled from January 2026 onwards.
